Day 9 - The King (of Lunges) Is Dead!

Damn it!  Started doing lunges slowly again and managed to strain my other hip flexor. &*%  pissed off.  Still able to exercises but in a lot of pain.

  1. Stretching before you do your lunges may help to first loosen the muscles/tendons, before you put them to work!
